Browning Ct., 400 block, 7;14 p.m. July 11. A man, 27, was stabbed in the chest. A Pasadena man was charged with attempted second-degree homicide, first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. The injured man was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma.
Crain Hwy., 1200 block, 11:10 p.m. July 15. A man at a convenience store was robbed at gunpoint.
Ritchie Hwy., 6600 block, 5 a.m. July 12. After a hotel guest attempted to pay for a room with a counterfeit bill, the man jumped over a counter and assaulted a clerk, then took his cellphone and cash. A Severn man was charged with robbery, theft and second-degree assault.
Ritchie Hwy., 7500 block, 1:14 p.m. July 15. Investigating a report of an animal in a vehicle at the district court parking lot, officers broke a window and rescued a 7-year-old Scottish terrier mix. The animal was evaluated by Animal Control and returned to the owner. The owner, an Owings man, 54, was cited in connection with leaving an animal unattended in a vehicle.
Veterans Hwy., 8800 block, 12:55 p.m. July 14. A 21-year-old autistic man was allegedly sexually abused by a staff member of an organization between May 15 and June 15. A Glen Burnie man, 50, was charged with third- and fourth-degree sex offense, second-degree assault and vulnerable adult abuse.
