Two brothers were arrested in Fairfax County on Tuesday and charged with repeated sexual abuse of a child who resided with them from 2007 to 2010.
Jose Delman Rivera, 35, and Jose Rolando Rivera Mendoza, 22, allegedly raped the girl when she was seven to twelve years old. The alleged abuse took place in Woodbridge, and Prince William County police began investigating it last week. Five days later, the U.S. Marshals’ Fugitive Task Force arrested the two men at their home on Richmond Highway in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County.
Rivera Mendoza was charged with rape, and Rivera was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery. Both men were held without bond.
