Police arrested a third person in the homicide of Rashard Raigns, a 33-year-old man killed in Northeast Washington two weeks ago.
A week after Raigns was fatally shot, William Smallwood, 22, was arrested. The next day, police apprehended a juvenile male as well.
On Wednesday, police arrested an additional juvenile male in the case. Both of the juveniles were apprehended by the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force.
All three suspects live in Northeast. The murder took place on the 1900 block of Fenwick Street Northeast.
