Woman sexually assaulted in Adams Morgan after group robs her

A group dragged a woman into an alley in Adams Morgan early Sunday, robbed her and then left her with two men who sexually assaulted her, according to D.C. police.

The attack occurred about 5:45 a.m. in the 2400 block of Ontario Road NW, between Kalorama and Euclid streets. It’s in a residential neighborhood about four blocks off the main strip of bars and restaurants in the entertainment district.

Police said the woman was walking when four men and two women dragged her into the alley. Police released no description of the attackers.

Anyone with information is urged to call D.C. police at 202-727-9099 or text the department’s tip line at 50411. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for tips leading to an arrest and conviction.
