Closed last Thursday for operating without a certified food manager and failure to minimize vermin and insects. Reopened that day.

Mart Liquors

2931 Martin Luther King Ave. SE

Closed Jan. 9 for operating without a license.


No new closures were reported.


El Tio Tex-Mex Grill

7630 Lee Hwy., Falls Church

Closed Jan. 19 for operating without hot water. Reopened that day.

Life Cafe

9602 Main St., Fairfax

Closed Jan. 20 for operating without a certified food manager. Reopened that day.
