A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection with the 2011 shooting death of a 34-year-old Maryland man, D.C. police announced.

Jermaine Livingston, 41, of Southeast Washington, was arrested around 9 a.m. Tuesday in connection the shooting death of Antwain Henderson.

Henderson’s body was found early on the morning of Aug. 31, 2011, in a burning car in Capitol Heights. Police determined that Henderson, a Capitol Heights resident, had been shot and killed earlier that same morning in the District, in the 5800 block of Field Place NE.

Three other suspects were arrested last year in connection with the case. Sean Donnelle Hawkins was arrested in June 2012 and charged with second-degree murder. According to court papers, Donnelle said he had two accomplices, one who pulled the trigger and another who helped dispose of the body.

Police said that two others were subsequently arrested. Anthony Campbell, of Northeast Washington, was charged in July 2012 with first-degree murder. Phillip Glover, of North Beach, Md., was charged in August 2012 with conspiracy to obstruct justice, police said.

It is unclear what role Livingston, who is charged with second-degree murder, allegedly played in the slaying.
