Drawing depicts PG sex crime suspect

A sketch of the man sought in the sexual assault of a small girl in Prince George’s County was released Tuesday by the police.

The assault on a 7-year-old occurred June 22 in the Marlton neighborhood of Upper Marlboro, the police said.

They said the assailant was described as a white man with an average build. At the time of the attack, police said, he had short cropped hair with a receding hair line and a goatee-style salt and pepper beard.

The sketch shows a goatee that appears to be about four inches long, and tapers to a point.

Police said he also had a piercing in the center of his tongue that was described as a round ball.

The Prince George's County Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in identifying the suspect seen in this composite sketch. He is wanted for the sexual assault of a seven-year-old girl in Upper Marlboro on June 22, 2013. (Prince George's County Police)
