Ducks move to ground floor

ALEXANDRIA, N. Union St., 200 block, July 3. Animal-control officers relocated a duck’s nest from a building’s upper balcony to its ground floor so that the mother duck could lead her ducklings to nearby water.

Among cases received by the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
