The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions is scheduled to hold a confirmation hearing Wednesday for DeVos, a Michigan billionaire. She is one of several Trump nominees whose wealth and financial holdings have overwhelmed the bipartisan Office of Government Ethics, which is responsible for vetting Cabinet nominees.
