18. Penn Daw Community Business Center Plan Comprehensive Plan Amendment. Supervisors approved an amendment to permit multifamily residential use and ground-floor retail and office uses on about 4.4 acres, east of North Kings Highway, south of Jamaica Drive and west of Richmond Highway.
