Ashburn Village Blvd., 20500 block, 4:40 p.m. Feb. 11. A purse was stolen from a vehicle entered by damaging a window.

Birch Manor Terr., 43700 block, 12:01 to 11 a.m. Feb. 10. An MP3 player was taken from a vehicle.

Clemens Terr., 43800 block, 4:09 p.m. Feb. 11. A purse and a Global Positioning System device were taken from a vehicle entered by damaging a window.

Railstop Terr., 43300 block, 3 to 4 p.m. Feb. 11. A purse was taken from a vehicle entered by damaging a window.

ROBBERIES

Community Plaza, 46900 block, 2:28 a.m. Feb. 9. Three men assaulted a pedestrian and took his cellphone.

Stanford Sq., 21000 block, 8:48 to 8:59 p.m. Feb. 9. A gunman robbed a pedestrian of her wallet.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Broadspear Terr., 46500 block, 10 p.m. Feb. 4 to 9:40 a.m. Feb. 10. Cash and tools were stolen from a van entered by damaging a lock.

Cranston St., 46200 block, 6:30 p.m. Feb. 8. A wallet was stolen from a shopper’s purse. Credit cards from the wallet were used to make purchases.

Sterling Blvd., 22300 block, 6:41 to 6:43 p.m. Feb. 11. A cabdriver reported that two passengers did not pay for their ride. A man and woman were located, and while police were speaking with them, the man tried to walk away and refused to stop. A Sterling man, 33, was taken into custody and charged with procuring a vehicle with intent to cheat or defraud, resisting arrest and public intoxication. A second suspect, a Reston woman, 31, was charged with procuring a vehicle with intent to cheat or defraud and public intoxication.
