Man in suit robs two banks in downtown Washington

A man dressed in a pin-striped suit and missing his three front teeth robbed a downtown Washington bank and escaped with an undetermined amount of money, according to D.C. police.

The man walked into the United Bank branch in the 1600 block of K Street NW, near the Farragut North Metro station, and demanded money, police said. He did not display a weapon. The holdup occurred about 10 a.m.

Police described the man as a black male wearing a dark pin-stripe suit and a white T-shirt, with three missing front teeth. He was in his late 50s to early 60s.
