Birds of a feather flee together: Mockingbird Drive, 14800 block, Germantown, June 25. A resident reported that five peacocks had wandered onto their yard and provided the animal services officer the address of the birds’ owner, who was told to remove them. The owner said keeping the birds confined to the property had been so difficult that giving them up was under consideration. Animal services told the owner that citations for being loose could be issued if the complainant pursued the matter.
