Dangerous delivery order: Renfrew Rd., 10100 block, Silver Spring, Nov. 13. A pit bull ran out of its house and attacked a man that had just delivered food. After the deliveryman was knocked to the ground, the dog bit him on the hand, an injury that required stitches. The deliveryman did not want to pursue charges, so animal services placed the dog, which was current on its rabies vaccination, under a standard 10-day quarantine. The man was expected to recover.
