California Cir., 6000 block, 8:21 a.m. Sept. 9. A man with a weapon threatened and robbed a person.

Westmore Ave. and N. Horners Lane, 2:20 to 4 p.m. Sept. 5. Two females and a male forcibly robbed a person of property.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Hungerford Dr., Lynch St., Redland Rd., Grandin Ave. and Derwood Cir., Sept. 2 to 10. Cash and electronics were stolen from six vehicles. Two were entered by force, two were unlocked, and the method of entry for the last two was unknown.

Shining Willow Dr., 10200 block, 10 p.m. Sept. 9. A break-in occurred at a residence. There was no sign of forced entry, and nothing was reported missing.

Veirs Mill Rd., 2000 block, Sept. 6. A credit card was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

ROBBERIES

Martins Lane, 300 block, 8:30 to 9 p.m. Sept. 9. Two males were talking to two females at a park when a man approached and began a conversation with the two males. Several others joined the man, and they assaulted and robbed the pair of cash, a hunting knife, a cellphone and an iPod. On Sept. 12, a 22-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and charged with robbery, first- and second-degree assault and possession of a handgun. On Sept. 16, two men, ages 19 and 21, were arrested and charged with robbery and first- and second-degree assault.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Heritage Fields Ave., 1000 block, 5:30 to 5:40 a.m. Sept. 9. A man was seen entering a garage at a residence. He searched a vehicle, then left the property and fled in a white Toyota Prius. Nothing was reported taken.

Hungerford Dr., 400 block, 11:10 a.m. to 4:44 p.m. Sept. 10. A laptop computer was stolen from a vehicle.

Hungerford Dr., 500 block, 7:40 p.m. Sept. 11 to 7:57 a.m. Sept. 12. A suitcase, a calculator and a stethoscope were stolen from a vehicle.

Martins Lane, 300 block, 4:10 to 5:50 p.m. Sept. 15. Cash and a car key were stolen from an unlocked locker at a recreation center.

Monroe St., 600 block, 4:30 to 7 p.m. Sept. 10. Two laptop computers were stolen from an apartment entered through an unlocked window.

Rockland Ave., 2000 block, 10:15 p.m. Sept. 12 to 6:50 a.m. Sept. 13. Clothing and a pair of earphones were stolen from a vehicle.

Rockville Pike, 1400 block, 1 to 2 a.m. Sept. 15. A cellphone was stolen from a restaurant.

Rockville Pike, 1600 block, 4 to 11:10 p.m. Sept. 11. A suitcase and two cutlery knives were stolen from a vehicle.

Rockville Pike, 1600 block, 1:10 to 1:15 p.m. Sept. 13. A woman entered a business and took a purse that had been left unattended.

Rockville Pike, 1600 block, 7:10 to 9:23 p.m. Sept. 13. A backpack containing schoolbooks was stolen from a vehicle.

Rockville Pike, 1700 block, 9:48 a.m. to 8:38 p.m. Sept. 11. A pair of sunglasses, a laptop computer, an iPad, a suitcase, a book, a messenger bag and a GPS device were stolen from two vehicles.

Seven Locks Rd., 1200 block, 7 a.m. Sept. 12. PVC pipes, poles and other property were stolen from a fenced lot entered by cutting a hole in the fence.

Vandegrift Ave., 5900 block, 10 p.m. Sept. 12 to 3 p.m. Sept. 13. A GPS device and cash were stolen from a vehicle.

Veirs Mill Rd., 2200 block, 12:50 to 12:56 p.m. Sept. 14. A male entered a business and fled with several skin-care products and bars of soap. The thief was described as carrying a red backpack and wearing white tennis shoes, black pants and a white shirt with Mickey Mouse on it.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

New Hampshire Ave., 7300 block, 12:30 a.m. Sept. 17. A black and red 2011 Yamaha R6 motorcycle was stolen from a parking lot.

University Blvd., 1100 block, 2:10 p.m. Sept. 13. A 1998 blue Toyota Corolla was stolen from a parking lot. The vehicle was later recovered unoccupied.
