Havencrest St., 1000 block, 4:18 a.m. Jan. 18. A gunman entered a residence through an unlocked rear door and demanded money. He grabbed a purse from a table and fled out the rear door.

Carnation Dr., 1000 block, 7:18 a.m. Jan. 14. A man forced his way into a residence and was found hiding inside a bedroom. A man, 26, was arrested in connection with fourth-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property.

Church St., unit block, noon to 2 p.m. Jan. 13. A wallet was stolen from a purse in an office building.

Clagett Dr., 1300 block, 10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Jan. 16. A snow blower and a gas can were stolen from a front porch at a residence.

Croydon Ave., 300 block, 4:29 p.m. Jan. 17. A person kicked open the front door of a residence. When a resident shouted, the intruder fled.
