SEXUAL ASSAULTS

Fletcher Pl. area, 4 a.m. March 9. A person allegedly sexually assaulted an acquaintance.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Bevern Lane, 10100 block, March 6 to 9. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

Hungerford Dr., 600 block, 3:53 a.m. March 8. A beer-and-wine store was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

Hungerford Dr., 700 block, March 8. An attempt was made to enter a beer-and-wine store. A 21-year-old Rockville man and a 21-year-old District man were arrested.

Lakestone Pl., 10100 block, 8:30 p.m. March 8 to 9 a.m. March 9. Property was stolen from an open garage at a residence.

Southlawn Lane, 14500 block, 9:18 a.m. March 10. An attempt was made to enter a towing business.

Unicorn Way, 10:51 p.m. March 9. An attempt was made to enter a vehicle.

Wisconsin Ave., 7400 block, 3 p.m. March 10. A male with a weapon threatened someone and fled.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Bells Mill Rd., 9300 block, 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. March 5. Property was stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.

Brookeway Dr., 5000 block, March 7. Property outside a residence was stolen.

Rocton Ave., 7700 block, March 6 to 10. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

St. Elmo Ave., 4900 block, March 7 to 10. Property was stolen from a business entered by force.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Everett St., 4500 block, March 9 to 10. An attempt was made to steal a vehicle.

Parklawn Dr., 11700 block, March 6 to 7. An attempt was made to steal a vehicle.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

Paint Branch Creek near Old Columbia Pike, 3:45 p.m. March 10. A man exposed himself in a wooded area. A man, 30, of no fixed address was arrested.

ASSAULTS

Castle Blvd., 14100 block, March 5. Someone assaulted an acquaintance. A 19-year-old Frederick woman was arrested.

ROBBERIES

Garland Ave., 8400 block, 12:30 p.m. March 3. Two males with a weapon threatened and robbed a person.

Piney Branch Rd., 8100 block, 4:40 p.m. March 10. Three males assaulted and robbed a person.

Powder Mill Rd. and New Hampshire Ave., 7:30 p.m. March 5. A 16-year-old Silver Spring male was arrested after a person was robbed at the listed intersection.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Armilla Ct.,14100 block, March 2 to 5. A theft was reported.

Blackburn Rd., 14800 block, March 3 to 6. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

Carter House Way, 13800 block, March 9 to 10. Property outside a residence was stolen.

Childress Terr., 3600 block, March 3 to 5. A theft was reported.

Crosswood Terr., 14700 block, March 6 to 7. Property outside a residence was stolen.

Evergreen St., 9600 block, March 6. A break-in occurred at a residence.

Light Dr. E., 9700 block, 9:45 p.m. March 8. A residence was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

Manchester Pl., unit block, March 6. A break-in occurred at a residence.

Nolcrest Dr. E., 10800 block, Feb. 17 to March 5. Property was stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.

Piney Branch Rd., 8200 block, 10 p.m. March 6 to 6 a.m. March 7. Property was stolen from a gas station entered by force.

Plymouth St., 200 block, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. March 11. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

Rosensteel Ave., March 6 to 7. Cash was stolen from three vehicles.

Seminole St., 9500 block, March 3 to 11. An attempted burglary occurred.

Sligo Ave., 800 block, March 3 to 5. A business was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

University Blvd. W., 900 block, 4:09 p.m. March 8. A person assaulted an acquaintance in front of a high school. A Greenbelt man, 32, was arrested.

Valleywood Dr., 12300 block, March 10. Someone assaulted an acquaintance. A 38-year-old Silver Spring man was arrested.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Atlanta Dr., 2800 block, Feb. 27 to March 8. Property was stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.

Elkin St., 11500 block, 1 to 3:45 p.m. March 4. An attempt was made to enter a residence by force.

Magellan Ave., 13300 block, 12:45 a.m. March 9. A break-in occurred at a residence.

Middlebridge Dr., 1800 block, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 5. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

Pinetree Rd., 4600 block, 6:30 a.m. March 5. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

Veirs Mill Rd., 11100 block, 2:44 a.m. March 7. A music center was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing. Two Silver Spring men, ages 22 and 24, were arrested.

Allied Pl., 400 block, 11:31 p.m. March 7. A masked man threatened and robbed a person at a convenience store.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Blue Silk Lane, 400 block, 1 p.m. March 9 to 10 a.m. March 10. Property was stolen from two vehicles. There was no sign of forced entry.

Farms Dr., Ivoryton Pl. and Woodfield Rd., March 3 to 11. A snow board and wallets were among items stolen from three vehicles entered by force.

Girard St., 400 block, 8 p.m. March 8 to 8:50 p.m. March 9. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

ROBBERIES

King Farm Blvd., 400 block, 9:45 to 10 a.m. March 11. Two armed men robbed a bank of cash. Suspects were stopped a short time later on Interstate 270 after police shut down the interstate and conducted a vehicle-to-vehicle search. Three men, ages 20, 40 and 55, were arrested.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Hungerford Dr., 700 block, 1 p.m. March 12. A female entered a business, took two textbooks and fled.

Mannakee St., unit block, 5 p.m. March 7 to 9 a.m. March 10. An iPad was stolen from a desk in a classroom.

Monroe St., 200 block, 5 to 5:30 p.m. March 11. A wallet was stolen after it was left on a desk in an unlocked office.

Rockville Pike, 1300 block, noon March 1 to noon March 10. A spare tire was stolen from a vehicle.

Washington St. N., 200 block, 8 a.m. Sept. 1 to 6 p.m. March 11. Two central processing units and a computer monitor were stolen from a storage room.
