Judy Donovan, 63, a landscape artist who also did marketing work for Irish tenor Mark Forrest and served in various religious ministries, died April 11 at her home in Gainesville. She had abdominal cancer.
Mrs. Donovan had lived in the Washington area since the early 1980s, dividing her time in the last few years between her home in Prince William County and another residence in Freedom, N.H.
In addition to her art marketing work, she served in jail and healing ministries in Northern Virginia and helped arrange spiritual events, such as retreats, testimonials and conferences. Her memberships included Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Gainesville.
Judy Morono was born in Glens Falls, N.Y., and raised in Concord, N.H. She graduated from a beauty school in Concord and was a hairstylist in New Hampshire for several years.
Survivors include her husband of 39 years, John Donovan of Gainesville and Freedom; two sons, Patrick Donovan of Manassas and Timothy Donovan of Collingswood, N.J.; a brother; and two grandchildren.
