United Park Way, 12200 block, 10 p.m. July 11 to 2 a.m. July 12. A bike was stolen from a residence entered through an open garage door.


Jefferson Davis Hwy., 17100 block, July 10 9:08 p.m. A gunman robbed two female pedestrians of cash.

Old Triangle Rd. and McClellan Ct., July 13. One of two men assaulted a man. When the man’s co-worker attempted to intervene, the second man pulled out a handgun and robbed him of property. The two men fled in a vehicle.


Town Commons Way, 14200 block, 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. July 11. A video game system and related equipment were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked window.


Somerset Lane, 7600 block, July 6. A man solicited a female juvenile acquaintance via a Web site. A 19-year-old Manassas man was arrested.


Lomond Dr. and Brighton Way, 6:25 p.m. July 16. Two males assaulted an 11-year-old boy, knocking him off his bike. They attempted to take the bike but dropped it when a motorist approached. They flattened one of the tires and fled.


Balls Ford Rd., 10200 block, 12:27 p.m. July 15. A man in a white van pulled into a resident’s driveway claiming to be involved in the Interstate 66 expansion project. They talked for about an hour. The woman went inside and found cash and jewelry missing.

Coloriver Rd., 12100 block, 10:33 a.m. July 10. A residence was entered by forcing a rear door.

Evans Ford Rd., 9800 block, 9:25 a.m. July 7 to 10 a.m. July 12. A residence was entered through a basement window.

Sage St., 7500 block, 10:40 p.m. July 15. Two men forcibly entered a residence and demanded money at gunpoint. One of them hit a female resident in the head. They fled with a safe.


Annapolis Way, 900 block, 6:06 p.m. July 10. A man in a vehicle hit the vehicle of a male bail bondsman who was attempting to take him into custody. The man then ran his vehicle into another unoccupied vehicle, rendering his inoperable. He fled on foot into a wooded area.A police K-9 unit found the man, who jumped a jersey wall and ran into traffic on Interstate 95. A vehicle hit the man, and he was taken to a hospital. A 22-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested.

Lynbrook Ct., 13600 block, 7:13 p.m. July 13. A man hit a male acquaintance in the face with brass knuckles after the acquaintance and another person took two bikes from the man’s residence. A 20-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested.


Cloverdale Rd., 15100 block, 7:51 p.m. July 15. A man threatened a male juvenile with a machete after the juvenile threw a metal pole onto his property and damaged his pool. A 32-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested.

Cordell Ave. and Colder Lane, 12:39 a.m. July 14. Several gunshots were heard.


Devils Reach Rd. and Lakewood Dr., 1:55 a.m. July 11. Four men with a handgun and an electronic restraint device robbed a female pedestrian of cash and a cellphone.

Gideon Dr., 14400 block, 12:30 a.m. July 16. A man in a convenience store ordered a male acquaintance to withdraw money from an ATM at knifepoint. A 48-year-old man was arrested.

Island House Loop, 12800 block, July 10. A group of masked men robbed a male pedestrian and his acquaintance of cash at gunpoint.

Square Tiller Mews, 2000 block, 8:42 p.m. July 15. Two gunmen robbed a pizza deliveryman of cash, a wallet and a pizza.


Smoketown Rd., 13700 block, 9:30 a.m. July 13. A man in a vehicle in a parking lot exposed himself to a female motorist.


American Eagle Dr., 3000 block, 2 to 4 a.m. July 15. A 2002 black Mercedes, a laptop computer and a purse were stolen from a residence.

Cloverdale Rd., 15000 block, 9 p.m. July 11 to 4:10 p.m. July 12. An attempt was made to enter a residence through a rear window.

Cordell Ave., 14800 block, 10:52 p.m. July 14. Two masked gunmen entered a residence through a rear basement door. A resident retrieved a gun and fired at the men hitting an interior wall. The men fled empty-handed.

Forest Lane, 1500 block, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 11. Two men and a woman asked two residents, a man and a woman, if they wanted their driveway sealed. The three painted half of the driveway black and took cash from a safe inside the residence.

Hedgewood Dr., 13900 block, July 3. A man entered a residence and assaulted a female resident when she attempted to get help.

Jefferson Davis Hwy., 14100 block, 11:20 p.m. July 11. A man entered a business and fled when police arrived. A 47-year-old man was arrested.

Pickwick Lane, 3300 block, 8 p.m. June 28 to 4 p.m. June 29. A leaf blower was stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked garage door.

Shoppers Best Way, 14000 block, 4:58 a.m. July 12. Gaming equipment and other electronics were stolen from a store entered by breaking a glass front door.

Mathis Ave., 8700 block, 1:30 p.m. June 25. During an argument, a man in a parking lot fired a weapon at a male acquaintance. A 28-year-old Manassas man was arrested.


Mathis Ave., 8600 block, 10 p.m. July 2 to 1 p.m. July 3. Two women, 22 and 38, and a 22-year-old man, all of Hyattsville, and a 38-year-old Manassas Park man were arrested and charged with prostitution.


Oliver Ct., 8800 block, 9 p.m. June 22. Three males attempted to rob a pizza deliveryman of cash. They fled when another person approached.

Prescott Ave., 9200 block, 12:30 a.m. June 25. A male in the back seat of a vehicle grabbed cash from a man sitting in the front seat and fled.


Taney and Hood Roads, 2 p.m. June 23. A man urinated in public. A 44-year-old Manassas man was arrested.


Bragg Lane, 9700 block, 11:30 p.m. June 23. A man attempted to enter a residence. A 21-year-old Manassas man was arrested.

Corey Dr., 9400 block, June 15 to 22. Two laptop computers and a watch were stolen from a residence.

Liberia Ave., 8600 block, 1:30 a.m. June 21. An attempt was made to enter a business.

West St., 9400 block, 11:15 p.m. June 20. An attempt was made to enter a restaurant through a rear door.


Wellington Rd., 9600 block, 10:15 a.m. June 21 to 9 a.m. June 22. Restrooms and recreational facilities at a park were damaged.
