A teenager injured in a single-car crash Nov. 22 has died, the Prince George’s County police said.

Jose Casarrubias Sanchez, 18, of Beltsville, was driving south on Ager Road in unincorporated Hyattsville when he veered off the left-hand side of the road and hit a median, police said. The car then hit a fence.

Casarrubias Sanchez was injured in the crash and died a day later.

Authorities are investigating what caused the teen to veer off the road, police said.
