Cove Point Rd., 9:35 a.m., April 5. During a dispute, a man attacked an acquaintance, a 41-year-old man, outside the acquaintance’s residence, striking him in the head with a brick. The man was flown to Prince George’s County Hospital, where he was treated for serious injuries that were no life-threatening. A Lusby man, 22, was charged with first- and second-degree assault, and with carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.
H.G. Trueman Rd., April 6. Staging equipment was stolen from a church theater production site.
Cove Point, 11 p.m., April 3 to 8:30 a.m., April 4. Restroom mirrors and fixtures were damaged at a park.
Skinners Turn Rd., 6:30 p.m., March 26. A police officer was attacked while responding to a report of a domestic dispute , a man attempted to grab a trooper’s gun and a struggle ensued. A Sunderland man, 27, was charged with assault on a trooper.
Mason Rd., April 3 to April 4. A tractor lawn mower was stolen.
Patuxent Point Pkwy., 10:50 p.m., April 1. During an investigation of a traffic accident, a woman attacked police officers. A 31-year-old Great Mills woman was charged with second-degree assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and acting in a disorderly manner.
Livingston Rd., 3300 block, March 27 to March 29. Cash and sodas were stolen from a business.
Mattawoman-Beantown Rd., 12:15 p.m., March 5. A man robbed a gas station at gunpoint. A warrant has been issued for a Silver Spring man, 25.
Connelly St., April 6. A break-in was reported at a residence. An Upper Marlboro man, 38, was charged with fourth-degree burglary.
Jennifer St., April 7. During an argument, a man struck an acquaintance in the face. A Mechanicsville man, 28, was charged with second-degree assault and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Point Lookout Rd., 28000 block, March 31. A man who had hired a cab in the Annapolis area refused to pay a $500 fare, then threatened the driver with a sword that had been concealed by a cane. An Edgewater man, 59, was charged with theft and illegal possession of a deadly weapon.
