Crain Hwy., 2100 block, 7:50 p.m. April 21. A man with a gun approached two teenagers at a convenience store and demanded money. One of the teens punched the man, and he fled. An investigation revealed that the weapon was a BB gun. A Bryans Road man, 52, was charged with armed robbery.
Crain Hwy., 3100 block, 7:50 p.m. April 20. A motorist was pumping gas at a gas station when a man approached to talk. Another man took a pair of tennis shoes from the vehicle. Both men fled.
California, April 20. A man hit an acquaintance with a bar stool. A California man, 45, was charged with second-degree assault.
Callaway, April 21. During an argument, a man choked and punched an acquaintance. A Callaway man, 28, was charged with second-degree assault.
Charlotte Hall, April 17. A woman attempted to use a fraudulent check at a grocery store. When a deputy tried to detain the woman, steaks fell out of her purse. An investigation revealed that she had used numerous fraudulent checks. A Hollywood woman, 35, was charged with forgery of private documents and possession of forged documents.

Clover Hill Rd., April 21. During an argument, a woman assaulted an acquaintance with a shoe and another object. A Hollywood woman, 31, was charged with second-degree assault.

Enterprise Rd., April 25. During an argument, someone stabbed two people.
