Cowpoke Cir., 11600 block. 11:32 a.m. June 21. A laptop computer, a knife and a belt buckle were stolen from a residence while an occupant was asleep. On the lower level of the residence, a TV and other items were moved, and closet doors were opened.
Nursery Rd., 4:27 p.m. June 17. Property was stolen.
Round Up Rd., 400 block, 6:05 p.m. June 25. Items were stolen from a residence and destroyed. A juvenile was charged with theft and malicious destruction of property.
Mason Rd., 200 block, 6:36 p.m. June 29. A woman told police that her son had allowed a friend to borrow a vehicle. The friend was contacted but did not return the vehicle.
Boyds Turn Rd., 9300 block. 10:08 a.m. June 20. Two air compressors, a miter saw, a leaf blower, a yard trimmer, two plastic toolboxes and two drills were stolen from a shed. The shed was entered by breaking locks.
Cummins Ave., 8:24 p.m. June 28. After investigating a report, police arrested a Prince Frederick man, 25, in connection with an open warrant from Anne Arundel County. A search revealed that he had brass knuckles. He was charged with possession of a deadly weapon.
Calvert Towne Dr., 800 block. 11:33 p.m. June 22. A cellphone was stolen from someone at a basketball camp in Pittsburgh. The phone was then tracked to the listed Prince Frederick address using a cellphone app. A male juvenile was arrested and released to his parent.
Skipjack Rd., 5:57 p.m. June 16. A Ford Edge was stolen.
Halsey Ct., 45000 block, 5:45 p.m. June 28. A woman forced her way through the front door of a residence and damaged the door and frame. A Mechanicsville woman, 29, was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property.
Miramar Way, 45400 block, 5:52 p.m. June 28. A woman attempted to leave a department store with hidden merchandise. She was searched and found to have a substance suspected to be heroin and drug paraphernalia. A Hollywood woman, 31, was arrested.
Maryland routes 234 and 242, 11:22 p.m. June 28. A state trooper stopped to check a man with a disabled motorcycle. When the officer administered a field sobriety test, the man became disorderly, and the two struggled. Another officer used a stun device on the man. Police subdued the man and took him to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment. A Mechanicsville man, 49, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault of a police officer, resisting arrest, failure to obey a lawful order, disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Three Notch Rd., 29000 and 30100 blocks, June 18 to June 23. Two men with a handgun entered a jewelry store and a pharmacy. At at least one store, they bound employees with duct tape. Stolen property included jewelry, prescription drugs and cash. Two suspects were later seen in a Cadillac Escalade. A District Heights man, 48, and a Temple Hills man, 46, were arrested June 30 and charged with armed robbery, first- and second-degree assault, possession of a handgun, use of a firearm in a violent crime, false imprisonment and theft.
Indian Creek Estates, June 27. A Suzuki GSXR 750 motorcycle was stolen from an unlocked garage at a residence.
Colton’s Point Marina, June 25 to 27. Boat equipment was stolen from a power boat.
Curleys Rd., 49000 block, 9:26 p.m. June 10. A person assaulted a female acquaintance. A female juvenile from Great Mills was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
Great Mills Rd., 21000 block, 8:17 p.m. June 7. A person assaulted a female juvenile acquaintance. A Lexington Park woman, 37, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
Valley Ct., 46000 block, June 8. A person assaulted a male acquaintance. A 26-year-old Lexington Park woman was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
White Point Rd., June 26. An air conditioner was stolen from a residence.
Washington St., 27700 block, June 25. A glass door of a bank was cracked after being struck by a rock or other object.
Oregon Way, 45000 block, 3:45 p.m. June 18. A man pointed a handgun at another male during an argument. A Lusby man, 21, was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and other violations.
Route 246 and Kay Dr., 4:02 p.m. June 25. A state trooper stopped a man driving a gold truck in connection with a traffic infraction. Police discovered that the vehicle had been stolen from Virginia. A Heathsville, Va., man, 20, was arrested.
Morning Dew Lane, June 24. Property was stolen from a motor vehicle entered by breaking a window.
