THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Dares Beach Rd. and Good Day Market, Dec. 19. Two women, ages 50 and 32, stole packages delivered to several houses. They were arrested following a traffic stop and charged with the thefts, and with possession of illegal drugs.

Silver Fox Way, 11 p.m. Dec. 12 to 8 a.m. Dec. 13. Five dollars in quarters was stolen from a vehicle.

St. Andrews Dr., 10 p.m. Dec. 12 to 9:30 a.m. Dec. 13. A Kohl’s credit card was stolen from a vehicle.

DUNKIRK AREA
THEFT/BREAK-IN

Steve Lane, 4:30 p.m. Dec. 9 to 11 a.m. Dec. 10. A residential mailbox was stolen.

HUNTINGTOWN AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Bowie Shop Rd., Dec. 15. A woman reported that several packages ordered from Amazon and delivered to her residence over several weeks had been stolen.

Deer Run Ct., 12:45 p.m. Dec. 12. A person exited a vehicle, took packages from a residential porch and fled.

Emmanuel Church Rd., 11 a.m. Dec. 11. A UPS package delivered to a church was stolen.

LUSBYAREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

H G Trueman Rd., 10200 block, Dec. 13. A customer in a market went to pay for purchases and realized her wallet was gone.

Laurel Dr., Dec. 11. A UPS package left on a residential porch was taken,

Rousby Hall Rd., 11700 block, Dec. 10. A man entered an electronics store and took a space gray 64 GB iPhone Xs and a gold 64 GB iPhone Xs from the display, and fled. A 27-year-old man was charged with theft, $1,500 to under $25,000.

Rousby Hall Rd., 11700 block, Dec. 14. A man in a grocery store filled his cart with meat products and attempted to leave with paying. He was stopped and questioned, but continued to his vehicle and fled with approximately $800 worth of merchandise.

VANDALISM

Algonquin Trail, 8 p.m. Dec. 12. The glass of an outer front door of a residence was shattered from a BB gun. A window and siding on the residence also were damaged.

Algonquin Trail, 8:30 p.m. Dec. 12. A glass window pane next to the front door of a residence was shot with a BB gun. The value of damaged property is $500.

VANDALISM

Glouster Dr., 11:30 p.m. Dec. 10 to 2:30 p.m. Dec. 11. A strand of Christmas lights at a residence was cut.

PRINCE FREDERICK AREA
THEFT/BREAK-IN

Silverwood Lane, 6:10 a.m.-5:40 p.m. Dec. 10. A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle at a park-and-ride lot.

FORT WASHINGTON
ASSAULT

Fort Washington area (Prince George’s County), Dec. 16. A man got into an altercation with an off-duty Charles County officer outside a tavern and stabbed him in the abdomen. The man was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault, and reckless endangerment. The officer was treated at a nearby hospital and is in stable condition.

Winterberry Way, 43700 block, Dec. 17. A 34-year-old California woman was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.

LEXINGTON PARK AREA
SHOOTING

Expedition Dr., 46500 block, 10:30 p.m. Dec. 19. Responding to a call about a vehicle collision, police found a Callaway man inside the vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a trauma center and is in stable condition. Police are searching for a 31-year-old male.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT

Freedom Run Dr., 20900 block, Dec. 17. A 34-year-old man was arrested and charged with motor vehicle theft.
