THEFTS/BREAK-INS

San Jose Lane, July 4-Oct. 16. An AM/FM CD player/radio was stolen from a boat parked in a residential driveway. 

Seminole Rd., Oct. 19. A backpack containing keys and miscellaneous books and binders was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

Cowpoke Cir., 10 a.m. Oct. 19. A resident reported hearing a loud bang and noticed a picture on the floor. The person also noticed what appeared to be a BB gun hole in the home’s window. 

PRINCE FREDERICK AREA
THEFT/BREAK-IN

Derby Ct., Oct. 16. A package delivered on Sept. 26 containing two white tree centerpieces was reported stolen.

SOLOMONS AREA
ASSAULT

Solomons Island Rd., 13800 block, 12:24 a.m. Oct. 22. A man in a restaurant parking lot was robbed of cash and prescription medication. The assault left him seriously injured. A 27-year-old Lusby man was arrested and charged with first-degree assault and robbery.

St. Leonard AREA
PROPERTY DAMAGE

Flag Harbor Blvd., 9:30 p.m. Oct. 16 to 6:30 a.m. Oct. 17. The passenger window of a vehicle was smashed with a rock. Nothing was reported missing.

Mattapany Rd., 11 p.m. Oct. 16 to 7:20 a.m. Oct. 17. A right rear tire of a vehicle was slashed.

WALDORF AREA
SHOOTING

Crain Hwy., 3300 block, 2 p.m. Oct. 26. A 23-year-old man was shot in the lower back in a motel room. Police found the man with non-life threatening injuries in the motel lobby. The assailants fled.

Winterberry Lane, 23000 block, Oct. 21. A 21-year-old California man was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

Miramar Way, 45000 block, Oct. 25. A 37-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

THEFT/BREAK-IN

Point Lookout Rd., 21000 block, Oct. 25. A theft occurred. A 21-year-old Lexington Park man was arrested.

THEFT/BREAK-IN

Riverside Dr., 43000 block, Oct. 22. A 25-year-old Hollywood man was arrested and charged with first- and fourth-degree burglary and destruction of property.

LEONARDTOWN AREA
WEAPONS ARREST

Fairgrounds Rd., 42000 block, Oct. 21. A 27-year-old Leonardtown man was arrested after he was found in possession of a set of brass knuckles. He was charged with possession of a concealed dangerous weapon.

ASSAULT

Leonard Hall Dr., 23000 block, Oct. 18. Police responded to a report of a man acting aggressive and conducted a check on the man’s welfare. A19-year-old Capitol Heights man was arrested and charged with second-degree assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Great Mills Rd., 21000 block, Oct. 20. A 50-year-old Lexington Park man was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault.

Orchid Lane, 46000 block, Oct. 21. A 30-year-old Park Hall man was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.

Shangri-La Dr. S., 46000 block, Oct. 22. A 23-year-old Lexington Park woman was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.

MECHANICSVILLE AREA

Three Notch Rd., 28000 block, Oct. 22. A 33-year-old Mechanicsville woman was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.

HOME INVASION/ROBBERY

Beach Dr., 39000 block, 11 p.m. Oct. 23. Several masked men with weapons entered a residence by force, took property and fled.

THEFT/BREAK-IN

Three Notch Rd., 28000 block, 10:30 p.m. Oct. 18. A man entered a convenience store, took cigarettes and other merchandise from behind the counter, and fled.
