Metro cancels Sunday rebuilding work to prepare for snow

Metro has canceled Sunday rebuilding work on train lines to allow its crews to prepare for predicted winter weather conditions and ready the system for Monday’s rush hour.

The cancellation means trains will run at regular Sunday intervals on all lines and there is no planned track work on any line, Metro announced Saturday.

Previously announced bus shuttles on the Blue Line also have been cancelled.
