School lockdown: Public schools in Prince George’s County will hold a lockdown drill at 10 a.m. to test the system’s emergency procedures.

Gun control: The Maryland Senate is expected to take up a comprehensive gun-control bill.

WikiLeaks: The U.S. Army private who allegedly sent classified documents to the anti-secrecy Web site WikiLeaks is will appear in court in Maryland.

Raw and rainy: Rainy weather is expected to hit the area during the evening rush hour.
