Wednesday in D.C.: 4 things to look for

Coming up Wednesday in the D.C. region:

Gun control: Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley will testify on his gun control plan, which would require digital fingerprinting for gun buyers.

Chandra Levy: A hearing to discuss media access to documents related to secret proceedings in the 2001 murder case will be held today.

Plea deal possible: Floyd Corkins II, the Virginia man accused of shooting a Family Research Council security guard, is due in court for a status hearing.

Hunger strike: A judge is expected to reassess whether Albrecht Muth, the Georgetown man accused of killing his elderly, socialite wife, is fit to stand trial, after being hospitalized as a result of a hunger strike.
