Reports of severe damage trickling in from Rockport, Tex.

The National Weather Service has received reports of substantial damage in Rockport, Tex., which caught the brunt of the Hurricane Harvey’s eyewall and wind gusts over 100 miles per hour.

Reports include “numerous structure destroyed”, and “buildings collapsed with people trapped inside”. The full extent of the damage there will not be known until daylight.
