Over a million without power in Florida

Over a million buildings in Florida have already lost power, including more than half a million in Miami-Dade County alone, according to the latest tallies from Florida Power and Light.

The electric company has predicted that the storm could knock out power for 4.1 million customers, affecting 9 million people.
