WILMINGTON, Del. — Two police officers and two others have been taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries after a patrol car collided with another vehicle in Delaware.
Sgt. Stephanie Castellani of the Wilmington police department tells The News Journal officers were responding to a medical complaint Thursday afternoon when the crash happened. She says the patrol car had its emergency lights on.
All four were taken to a hospital by ambulance.
Some traffic was shut down in the area.
