In a piece for VentureBeat, Alex Banayan outlines five traits of radically successful people and the questions you should be asking yourself if you want to follow their example.
Boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard didn’t want to be merely good, he wanted to be better than everyone else. Banayan writes that Leonard would run behind the school bus daily by choice. “Does what you’re working on excite you so much that it inspires an irrational sense of commitment?” writes Banayan. “Are you willing to chase the school bus for years — before seeing any return? If so, keep running. If not, maybe it’s time to think bigger.”GABRIEL BOUYS/AFP/GETTY IMAGES
