Fast-start Finance: Helping countries curb the effects of global warming

At Copenhagen in 2009, developed countries pledged about $30 billion to the Fast Start Finance program for the years 2010 to 2012. The program was designed to help developing countries adapt to and mitigate global warming. Some highlights of the program: Read related article.
