People who could lose their subsidies

If the Supreme Court rules against the Obama administration in the King v. Burwell case, about 6.4 million people could lose the government subsidies that help them afford private insurance in 34 states that use the federal health-care marketplace, HealthCare.gov. The average subsidy is $272 a month. Consumers in states that established their own exchanges are not affected.
