The big event at this evening’s press tour is a dinner with the cast and crew of “Downton Abbey,” a cultural phenomenon both here and in its home in England. The show returns in the United States on Jan. 4. I am curious, though, how many of you are still sticking with it. If you marched off the estate, at which point was it in the story and why? Were I not a critic, I think the constant drubbing of Lady Edith and the addition of a rape storyline might have done me in last year.
