“Saturday Night Live” is gearing up for its 38th season premiere on Saturday (hosted by Tina Fey), and has confirmed that six featured players have been added to the cast. The list includes:

John Milhiser, sketch comedian

Beck Bennett, host of the AT&T commercials with the small children

Noël Wells, impersonator of Zooey Deschanel and Kristin Stewart

Kyle Mooney, comedian and star of this “Parks and Recreation” scene

Mike O’Brien, currently an “SNL” writer

Brooks Wheelan, stand-up comedian

Saturday Night Live - Season 38

Also on deck for Season 38, Cecily Strong will join Seth Meyers at the “Weekend Update” desk. Meyers, of course, is not long for “SNL,” given he’s taking over for Jimmy Fallon’s “Late Night” show in the near future.
