What does Michelle Obama wear to hike to the top of the Great Wall?

Casual black chic.

The first lady walked a stretch of the undulating wall Sunday with her daughters, wearing a loose-fitting long-sleeved black cardigan, a black scarf, black slacks and black loafers.

They took the more adventurous way down the Great Wall, getting into toboggans to slide down.

Obama said last year that she doesn’t have any fashion regrets but did reference the negative reaction to her decision to wear hiking shorts as she disembarked Air Force One before a flight. She has not worn hiking shorts publicly since.
