Beyoncé just checked off one more box in her quest for total world domination.
The singer, who recently surprised fans with a remix to her song “Flawless,” will perform at the MTV Video Music Awards on August 24. She’ll also take home the award show’s highest honor — the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
Justin Timberlake received the Video Vanguard Award at last year’s show, where he also reunited with ‘NSync in a highly-anticipated performance. Past winners also include Madonna, George Michael, the Beatles and David Bowie.
Beyoncé last performed at the VMAs in 2011, where she announced her pregnancy following a breezy performance of “Love On Top.”
