Temperatures edged closer to normal today, but for the 10th straight day fell short. Cool breezes from the northwest and considerable afternoon cloudiness capped highs in the mid-to-upper 50s.  Saturday promises sunshine and the nicest day we’ve seen in while, but Sunday looks a bit dreary.

Through Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy skies this evening gradually clear.  It’s chilly out there with overnight lows from near freezing in the colder suburbs to the upper 30s downtown. Winds are from the northwest at 5-10 mph.

Tomorrow (Saturday): Mostly sunny and a great day to be outside.  Highs reach the upper 50s with a few spots south of town likely touching 60 or so.  You’ll still notice a slight breeze from the northwest at around 10 mph.  Saturday evening skies are clear but high clouds increase overnight, with lows in the mid-30s in the cooler suburbs to around 40 downtown.

Easter Sunday: Skies cloud over in the morning, with a chance of light showers (20-30 percent chance) developing by late morning, with the better chance of rain (60 percent chance) by late in the afternoon.  More often than not, it may not be raining, but keep an umbrella handy.  Highs range from 55-60.
