Sunrise solar eclipse: one stunning time-lapse, five golden images

Streaks of clouds made viewing Sunday morning’s partial solar eclipse challenging, but photographers around the region still managed to capture fantastic views.

“That’s spectacular,” writes Phil Plait on the Bad Astronomy blog. “I’ve seen quite a few partial eclipses, but never like that!”
