12:15 p.m. update: Showers that have been across the area most of the morning may trend spottier for a time this afternoon, potentially opening a window for the game. It’s hard to say with a lot of confidence that we’ll get this one in though. Temperatures are running about 3-5 degrees milder than forecast, so there’s that at least! Drizzle is possible even in any lulls.

Afternoon appears to have the potential for a drier period in a rather dreary day, but we probably won’t know for sure until the game is closing in. Damp either way. At least it won’t be super cold.

NatCast appears on the day of every Nationals home game.
