On Monday, Aug. 21, millions of people across the United States will get to witness an event of astronomical proportions when the moon moves across the sun and creates a rare total solar eclipse.

As millions of Americans flock to different parts of the country to stand in the path of totality, the 3,000-mile expanse from coast to coast of the United States, we’ve been providing readers plenty of guides on how to enjoy this memorable experience. But we noticed something has been missing. That travel time is a prime opportunity to turn on some tunes and amplify the experience.

What songs would help encapsulate the moment? We created a Spotify playlist with tunes we think would be proper for such an occasion, but we want to hear your suggestions, too!

Leave a comment below, and tell us what song you think would be appropriate for when the sky goes dark and the moon is just right.
