The final wave of rain exiting in the sunset hour promoted a rainbow frenzy.

The brief downpours caught some of us off guard, but the rain drops in the morning glow formed magnificent rainbows.

The dawn skies turned magnificent shades of purple and red and a rainbow arched across the western sky.

As the sun set through the clouds and the occasional rain shaft, the sky tuned yellow, orange, and pink. And a few rainbows were witnessed.
