USA Hockey unveiled Monday the list of 48 players who have been invited to the Olympic orientation camp Aug. 26-27 at Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington.

Los Angeles Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick, Minnesota Wild forward Zach Parise and Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane are among the notable talents that will take part in the camp. Defenseman John Carlson is the only member of the Capitals on the roster.

While there will be on-ice activities centered around youth hockey that are open to the public, invitees will not be on ice for practice during the two-day camp because of the prohibitive cost of insuring NHL contracts but will taking part in off-ice workouts, meet with coaches and go through preliminary steps required by the Olympic committee and USA Hockey.
