Braden Holtby (13-9-1, 2.71 goals-against average .923 save percentage) is back in net after a night off in New York and will start against Tampa Bay. The Lightning will go with Ben Bishop (15-5-1, 1.98 goals-against average, .934 save percentage).

The Capitals made one roster move Tuesday afternoon, sending defensive prospect Patrick Wey back to Hershey. Wey, who practiced in Washington in the morning, appeared in one game during his time on the NHL roster skating 13:36 in his NHL debut against Nashville on Dec. 7.
