AfterShock Comics is bringing its great library to the digital realm.

AfterShock is announcing this afternoon that it is teaming with ComiXology to bring the publisher’s line of comics to the digital format, allowing readers to access their comics on their devices of choice.

Since its debut last April, AfterShock has considered it an imperative to determine the best way to make its comics available beyond the printed page. AfterShock publisher Joe Pruett told The Post’s Comic Riffs early this month that he was very much aware that many comic-book fans don’t live near comic shops, and that closing that digital divide was a top priority.

Now fans will be able to swipe through AfterShock’s digital pages, which feature creator-owned projects from some of the industry’s biggest names, including Brian Azzarello, Garth Ennis, Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti.

The titles available digitally starting today are American Monster, Replica, InSeXts, SuperZero and Dreaming Eagles.

“We’re extremely proud of our growing content library,” AfterShock editor-in-chief Mike Marts said in today’s news release, adding that the publisher is “excited to offer AfterShock’s current and future titles to a much wider audience through this partnership with comiXology and Kindle.”

(Disclosure: comiXology is owned by Amazon, whose founder, Jeff Bezos, owns The Post. But then, you knew that.)
