Nationals on ‘Life After Top Chef’

(Alex Brandon/AP)

An engagement dinner for Ryan Zimmerman and his fiancee Heather (not Heidi, as the Bravo graphic calls her), was filmed for a recent episode of Life After Top Chef. The party was catered by Spike Mendelsohn and held at the home of Winston Lord, a friend of the Zimmermans and founder of restaurant services company Venga (but not owner of CoCo Sala, as Bravo labels him).

The clip, which I don’t think made it to the episode it was filmed for, is a treasure trove of Nats player cameos. I spy Tyler Clippard, Craig Stammen, Drew Storen, Mark DeRosa and Michael Morse.

I see Clippard wore his formal backwards baseball hat for the occasion.
