Superstorm Sandy put a damper on the Redskins’ planned trip to visit the kids at Georgetown Hospital last week. But any week is a good week to hang out with football players in costumes, and so they went down yesterday to spend some time with their young fans.
The visit also included the unveiling of the Halloween costume that Redskins fans picked for Alfred Morris. Much to some teammates’ dismay, it was not Angry Bird. Morris roamed the halls as Captain America.
Josh Morgan, Ryan Kerrigan, Eric Kettani, Darrel Young and Niles Paul also joined in the fun.
