Redskins write letters to Santa, ask to make playoffs

(Sarah Kogod/The Washington Post)

The children attending the Redskins’ community event at Macy’s yesterday got the opportunity to write letters to Santa for the company’s “Believe” campaign. For every letter to Santa turned in at one of their stores, Macy’s will donate $1, up to $1 million. Fred Davis, Alfred Morris and Logan Paulsen wrote their own letters to contribute to the cause, clearly hoping that Santa is a Redskins fan.  Here’s what they wrote:

Fred Davis

Dear Santa,

1. Please give me Power Rangers

2. Transformers

3. Super Nintendo

4. Redskins make the playoffs

Alfred Morris

Dear Santa,

I’m writing not to ask for a gift, but to ask you what you want for Christmas? You give every year and it’s your turn to receive, because it’s not always about receiving.

Alfred Morris

Logan Paulsen

Dear Santa,

 1) World Peace

2) A Puppy

3) A Touchdown

4) Redskins Make the Playoffs

5) Dinner with Ryan Kerrigan and Andrew Walker
