Kristina Akra to MLB Network

Next to secret bobbleheads, the biggest mystery of the Nats offseason has been where Kristina Akra was headed after the network revealed  she had left  MASN. Now we know.

MLB Network has announced that Akra will be joining their roster of on-air talent this season. She’ll be making her debut Monday, April 1, on “MLB Now” with Brian Kenny and Harold Reynolds. A press release by the network announced Akra’s move, and says that the former Nats reporter will appear “across MLB Network’s studio programming.”

MASN hasn’t announced a replacement since the news broke last month that Akra was leaving the network a year after signing on.
